    The Guidance and Steering provides support information for steering and guidance tools like AFS AccuGuide, AFS RowGuide, AutoPilot and EZ-Pilot. Topics dealing with existing dialogue design guidelines, behavioral research conducted to establish general dialogue principles, and computer-aided implementation of dialogue design are presented.
